Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the same day if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): $12 — 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (USA only): $20 — 2–3 business days
  • Canada Shipping: Rates vary depending on tariffs and duties; charges will be calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times, including applicable tariffs, duties, and taxes, will be displayed at checkout. International orders are the responsibility of the customer for any customs fees or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in that email.

Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us at sales@marshasclothing.com for further assistance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at sales@marshasclothing.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” MarshasClothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier for assistance.
