Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Intimates, bodysuits, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products
We gladly accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing issues or fulfillment errors. Mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect items will also be accepted for return.
